Sunny and warm
We were remembering back to our trip to Rome 13 years ago...although it's warm here, it was HOT there. We had great shade and a nice breeze while waiting in line at Jerónimos Monastery.

This is a replica of the bridge in San Fran...same architect. You can't really tell from this picture, but it's the same red color, too. Hard to see but they have a team that runs underneath.

Dinner Tuesday
The neighborhood where we had dinner tonight was festive; lots of colors and decorations everywhere! We sat down at 8:30pm and had to beg for our check at 10:30pm...it was a dinner and "fado" place which mean intermittent live music while you eat. We lasted through 3 different singers before we bailed. Craig had lamb, I hade a cabbage veggie something that was tasty. It was great...the music was beautiful, the people are friendly, and we are tired! Gabrielle McCollum
